The conference committee has been hard at work to provide members, students, retirees and associates a first-class conference that will provide valuable educational sessions and social events.

EXHIBITORS: Exhibitors Booth registration includes booth and full access for ONE person to all socials, education sessions, and regular conference meals. Meals and events for additional company representatives are $130 per person.
There will be 8 feet by 30 inch draped table, chairs, linens & skirting provided, plus general aisle cleaning and access to electricity. The Holiday Inn (will accept freight on your behalf with proper notification. Please be sure your shipment is clearly marked “MTRPA Conference, Attn: Kristie Sheldon.” There is limited electricity available, please make arrangements prior to deadline if needed.
NOTE: MTRPA reserves the right to limit exhibit hall registrations to those firms providing products and services consistent with MTRPA’s mission and values. Assignments are generally made on a first-come, first-serve basis. MTRPA reserves the right to make final booth assignments. Registration confirmations will be sent upon receipt of your paid booth registration.
